Refund Policy

We, Android™ ATC, guarantee that our services will meet your expectations as your satisfaction is one of our major objectives.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges after two weeks (14 days) of order date for any reason. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges of any order if the customer has already used part of any order even though that customer has requested the refund or exchange before the two-week grace period (14 days).

We do not accept refunds for a new partnership or partnership renewal for any reason after enabling or activating the partnership accounts for these customers.

Regarding online proctored exam orders, we don't accept refunds after 48 hours of the order date for any reason; however, we allow rescheduling the exam appointment one time for free.

Customers requesting serial or repeated returns will be blocked from making further purchases. Customers who violate the terms of use of the service may have their right of return revoked.
